Yogi working for uplift of UP’s poor, says PM Modi
LUCKNOW: Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted CM Yogi Adityanath on his 52nd birthday on Wednesday and lauded his efforts for the welfare of the poor and downtrodden and taking the state on a growth trajectory.
In a post on ‘X’, Modi wished Yogi Adityanath a long and healthy life. “Birthday wishes to Uttar Pradesh CM, @myogiadityanath Ji on his birthday. He is working for UP’s progress and for empowering the poor and downtrodden.

I wish him a long and healthy life in the times to come," he wrote.
Yogi expressed gratitude for the PM’s wishes saying, “Your heartfelt and energetic wishes are a source of immense inspiration for me. Under your successful guidance, the vision of Atmanirbhar Uttar Pradesh-Viksit Uttar Pradesh, which honours heritage and development, is becoming a reality.”
BSP chief Mayawati also extended birthday wishes to Yogi.
In his message, Union home minister Amit Shah prayed to God for good health and long life of the CM. Senior BJP politicians, including Nitin Gadkari, Piyush Goyal, Kiren Rijiju and Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti also wished Yogi.
Several CMs, including Pema Khandu (Arunachal Pradesh), Himanta Biswa Sarma (Assam), Manik Saha (Tripura), Vishnu Dev Sai (Chhattisgarh), Pushkar Singh Dhami (Uttarakhand), Bhajan Lal Sharma (Rajasthan), and Mohan Yadav (Madhya Pradesh) too wished Yogi.
